Frank Meany
Director

Frank is the founder of One Vision. He started work in the industry in 1986 as a followspot operator at the Canberra Theatre before moving to Brisbane to work on Expo '88. He learned the ropes of the AV industry at Staging Connections where he spent 8 years doing various roles before striking out on his own to form One Vision.

Peter Lale
Technical Director

Peter joined One Vision in 2005 and has brought with him a wealth of experience from the broadcast television industry and also the conference and corporate events sector. Peter is our man on the ground making sure things happen the way they should.

Huw Ollerenshaw
Project Manager

Huw is the organising arm of One Vision. He is the one who makes sure our projects are delivered on time and on budget. Huw has over 14 years experience in the AV industry from pushing road cases around to coordinating the technical requirements for multi-venue conferences around the country.
